I liked the hotel's location and vicinity to the highway, which made it easy as we were just traveling through. I liked the variety of the continental breakfast buffet. I was extremely impressed with Rochelle at the front desk. Had I not had this opportunity to commend her, I would have phoned the hotel to speak to the manager. Rochelle was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. She is the best front desk staff that I have ever experienced in a hotel, from budget to expensive luxury hotels. I think that she is wasted on this job, as she is so capable - I hope that this is a summer position and she is attending university.
Clean room, good waffle of breakfast, shuttle service to airport, and reasonable price!
Good breakfast, but small area.
Not conveniently located to downtown area. Breakfast area was very small and overrun with loud, coarse truckers. The room was rather old and run down and dingy.
some supermarket and convenience stores are close to the hotel and microwave is furnished in the room
The lady at the front desk had outstanding service. We asked her a few questions that she did not know the answer to at first, but she called up to our room after check-in to provide some details. Very friendly service, great breakfast and an overall pleasant experience.
Location for my immediate needs this trip; decently clean.
Soundproofing between rooms was very marginal, and might lead us to try somewhere else when we need to return to Spokane in June. The first night there was no one staying next to our room, but the next 2 nights there was late night normal conversation and coughing on more than one occasion during the night. We were fortunate to be in an end room with another room only on one side of ours. If we are not so lucky the next time, the risk will be higher of more disturbed sleep
Everything, hotel was nice, excellent quality - price ratio! Super fast wi-fi internet connection.
not enough shuttles. It also needs a hot tub
The fairbridge was an easy choice based on location and budget. We were surprised to find a nice clean room and very friendly helpful staff. We will stay there again. Thanks for everything.
Well, I arrived late at night and apparently Booked.net can't actually "reserve" the room even though they had taken my credit card info (I really don't get that), but the hostess gave me an upgrade at no cost so I did stay on budget. My delight was in the morning; there was a wafflemaker a d a tray full of individual cups of waffle batter!!
I think that a bit more attention to detail by housekeeping would reflect well on the establishment.
Good location and free parking.
Beds were not clean upto the expected level, on other word what do you expect from low cost hotel at rate of $65.
Location, price-worthiness and cosiness
The people are wonderful and the Breakfast (Waffle Iron) is why I always stay here when I am in Spokane. Fitness Center is also a nice touch.
Nothing. It is a very nice place
We found the room stuffy during the night
I live on a budget and it fit that budget
